Necklace length/type: 24" to 26" long black faux leather cord with silver-tone lobster clasp
Pendant(s) type/size: This necklace includes 3 pendants: the first is a refreshing island drink in a coconut shell and measures approx. 3/4," the colorful fun flip flop measures about 1/2," and the tropical palm tree measures about 3/4." This all-inclusive, unique necklace is whimsical and brings you a breath of fresh air during your tropical escape. Perfect gift for the cruise-goer or your own vacation by a tropical beach.
Earrings description/size/wire or post type: These super fun and charming earrings match two of the pendants to add more character and pop to your fashion statement! They can be worn separately (from the necklace), of course. The earrings (each) measure approximately 3/4," and are on silver-plated, nickel free wires.

Each product is intricately handmade and lovingly handcrafted by Kelly Ann. Kelly Ann quality-checks each product and if for any reason a customer is not satisfied, all products can be returned within 30 days from received date for a full REFUND. Please follow the Return Process stated below.
Under normal wear, we accept EXCHANGES ONLY on all products within 90 days from order date, with a return flat-rate shipping fee of $5.00. Since all products are custom-made by Kelly Ann, some materials may not be available upon exchanging. Therefore, we make our best effort to match the design. We cannot guarantee that each design will be available. Please contact Kelly Ann at kellyanndesigns77@gmail.com for assistance with exchanges.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are NO refunds after 30 days from receive date, and NO exchanges after 90 days from order date. There are NO refunds or exchanges on any products that are requested by customer for a personally-designed product, made specifically for them.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Process
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Only exception is if you received the item damaged or it breaks within 30 days. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for a refund.
