Kelly Ann quality-checks each product and if for any reason a customer is not satisfied, all products can be returned within 30 days from received date for a full REFUND. Please follow the Return Process stated below.
Under normal wear, we accept EXCHANGES ONLY on all products within 90 days from order date, with a return flat-rate shipping fee of $5.00. Since all products are custom-made by Kelly Ann, some materials may not be available upon exchanging. Therefore, we make our best effort to match the design. We cannot guarantee that each design will be available. Please contact Kelly Ann at kellyanndesigns77@gmail.com for assistance with exchanges.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are NO refunds after 30 days from receive date, and NO exchanges after 90 days from order date. There are NO refunds or exchanges on any products that are requested by customer for a personally-designed product, made specifically for them.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Process
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Only exception is if you received the item damaged or it breaks within 30 days. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for a refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
