What type of shipping material is used for shipping my products?
We ship in a plastic, cushioned envelope. Each JOY JEWELRY bracelet product is placed into a beautiful, feminine, colored mesh bag with the meaningful message tucked inside, along with an anti-tarnish strip to help to maintain its elegance. Dangles are shipped in a small clear zip lock bag. Earrings are shipped in a box. All JOY JEWELRY products are ready for wearing and gift-giving!
What are you wearing instructions for my JOY JEWELRY?
We do not guarantee jewelry will not tarnish, however, we do include a black anti-tarnish strip to help maintain its elegance and preserve the bracelet while storing. Gently stretch bracelet to pull over wrist. Not recommended to wear in water for extended periods as this could cause a chemical reaction, chipping, tarnishing. Over time, the coating on the faux pearls or other beads may rub off; avoid spraying with cleansers or perfumes. Please keep all JOY JEWELRY away from young children.
What sizes of JOY JEWELRY do you offer?
We offer several various sizes from 6 inches to 10 inches for all bracelets. Please consider that bracelets can also be worn as anklets. Each item is custom made and sizes are listed under the product description for each one.
How do I know what size bracelet to order?
Use a flexible tape measure to measure wrist size. Then add 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch larger than your wrist size, depending on your preference. Then select your size and place your order!
When can I expect my product after placing my order?
About 5-7 business days.
