Application steps:
- Clean area - wipe clean any dirt or dust from surface and allow to dry.
- Peel - Lay the sticker face down and peel off the back layer (plastic) very slowly. Be sure that the sticker itself doesn't stick or remain on the back layer.
- Apply - align the sticker in the location you prefer and press firmly. Use your fingers or a credit card to smooth onto the surface.
- Remove - the clear transfer layer by slowly peeling it off the top while starting at one edge. Only the vinyl sticker should remain.

Each product is intricately handmade and lovingly handcrafted by Kelly Ann. Kelly Ann quality-checks each product and if for any reason a customer is not satisfied, all products can be returned within 30 days from received date for a full REFUND. Please follow the Return Process stated below.
Under normal wear, we accept EXCHANGES ONLY on all products within 90 days from order date, with a return flat-rate shipping fee of $5.00. Since all products are custom-made by Kelly Ann, some materials may not be available upon exchanging. Therefore, we make our best effort to match the design. We cannot guarantee that each design will be available. Please contact Kelly Ann at kellyanndesigns77@gmail.com for assistance with exchanges.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are NO refunds after 30 days from receive date, and NO exchanges after 90 days from order date. There are NO refunds or exchanges on any products that are requested by customer for a personally-designed product, made specifically for them.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Process
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Only exception is if you received the item damaged or it breaks within 30 days. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for a refund.
